1. FLOWER GIRL
How long does the zine/print take to arrive?
depends on your location, but all the zines are shipped within 10 work days and should arrive shortly after ;)
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
You should reach out to me atnuriabalinha@hotmail.com, please, so we can figure out what happened.
Are the zines handmade?
I print them myself!
Why is the shipping so expensive?
the minimum cost for shipping for me, as the creator and producer, is 10€, unfortunately. So it needs to be this high.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As with the European regulation, you have 30 days to request a refund, return, or exchange.
How many copies of each zine are available?
Most zines are printed in small batches. Once they’re gone, they may not be reprinted, unless stated otherwise.
Do you offer bundles or discounts?
I do!
